- Get to 9-10% body fat by June time
- Gain 15-20 pounds slowly starting from September 2009 to May 2010 . I'm hoping that this will give me at least 8 pounds of muscle when I cut down by July.
- In the meantime, focus on strength AND size, hopefully doubling my lifts in the Bench press, military press and the row. I'm hoping my deadlift and squat will skyrocket further.
- Learn a martial art just as I always wanted to do

- Have fun! It's another new year so another set of new oppurtunities.
I'm going to Uni by September time so I can join the Uni gym and have full control of my diet. I have no excuses then!
