Well mid way finals are here and I chose to write about BodyBuilding as my final. It has to be 3-4 pages long.

I would focus on what it has done for you as well as others. Not just Pros. But even like the "biggest loser" types. | |

-Start w/ Sandow and the beginning of BB'ing
-Arnold and how BB'ing has lead to all his success.
-BB'ing is a battle of man against himself.(women also)
-How seniors are getting into it an getting healthy.
-Talk about how it's not all "stupid meatheads" that BB'ing is just that....building ones body. A life long journey....
-Builds one's self confidence as well as relieves the mind of the daily stresses if only for a short while. | |
