Hate to sound like the fun-police but I'm with Guns and Quick on this one. That type of shit is funny in a movie, but you look like a complete waste of skin driving around mouthing off to people you don't know, all from the sweet protection of your car. It's cowardly and shows a lack of cock/balls.
You wouldn't say that shit to someone's face? Why? Because they'd break your nose, and rightfully so.
It's just meaningless lack of respect. My advice, if you need to get your teen rage out, take it out on someone who deserves it...Not some potential elderly war-veteran or parents with their young kids.

Oh, and as far as the law goes? They will have a field-day pressing charges on pussy-pranks like this...There are ton's of "umbrella" laws that just cover bad-behavior so that they don't actually have to write down the specifics in the law book. Disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, insighting violence, and maybe some nice road violations will all be lined up for ya, right or wrong.
