Doctor said I had the symptoms, I got so dehydrated, I barely drank any water because if I did, diarehea plays in. Omg I did my best on eating my 6 meals, those 2 days were my first time ever since last year, I ate junk food, and tons of fruit. Breakfast took an hour to eat, I vomitted my solid protein meals so I just drank whey protein instead, there was no milk so I had to use water, everytime I drink my protein, 30 minutes later diarehea kicks in, I hope water was the only thing excreted. My doctor was shocked at this, he said my bodybuilding nutrition got my immune system running very high. I am still recovering from the swine flu, only a sore throat and light coughs.

Forgot to add, never in my life I would ever sleep in a bathroom, until now.

So the doctor did test to prove it was the H1N1 virus or he just said you had the same symptoms a.k.a the same symptoms of the other million strands of flu out there.

If I get sick before this weekend I'm just going to hang myself...

I just have a bad feeling -- and negativity doesn't help with illness lol.

I was so sick last week it sucked. Totally different then any flu I've had before. Couple more days and I was going to the doc but I started feeling better.

I had a headache for 5 days straight! never had that happen. Then constant chills, diarrhea, and sore throat.

take vitamins, it really helps you a lot for your immune system..

still haven't gotten sick! All of my friends have already had whatever is going around, quite a few of my members at the gym have had it, my employees have had it, I haven'! Knock on wood time I guess...
