Rep Power: 107397 | Did one year of training with basic MMA. We covered a lot on ground positioning, control, and escape, takedowns, take down defense, and submissions. We did work in striking but mainly emphasize on the fundamentals. Triangle choke is my trainers favorite move and it kind of rubbed off on me as well although I would be lying if I said I didn't like sitting on someones chest dropping bombs.

Rep Power: 264 | I trained at the Lions Den with Guy Mezger for a little bit, we went over takedowns, advancement, finishes, escapes, and technique.
but before that, I had 2 years of wrestling experience. |
