Ok I just tested my crossarm punch in a PPSI machine, and it came out exactly 600.30000 something something. Now a heavyweight boxer punches 900lbs-1800lbs, i feel pretty damn good

) : Im just a novice on this weapon, My PPSI is 80lbs which is bad, Only good thing is my spinning techniques. Upper body skills are great, Leg skills are bad, I guess you need skinny legs not big muscular legs. Im hoping next year I will be good as this guy:
