I've been playing guitar for around 6 or so years now but haven't had much time to play lately. I want to get a set of drums to go with it.

Really tho, I can play a tiny bit on the guitar, and tiny bit on piano. I've been thinking this week about buying myself a good keyboard for me to practice on.. I'd like to learn to play some good classical pieces..

Guitar - Ibanez SA Series (Not sure of the exact model without the paperwork)

Bass - Ibanez Ergodyne 710 (4 String)

I also have a basic 5 string bass at home, and a BC Rich limited edition Maggot Man warlock.

I also have an acoustic that i learnt on.

Been playing both for about 6 years, have only really tried hard at guitar the last yearish. I also play with sequencers, synthesizers, and all the electronic music stuff.

Recording wise i use Adobe Audition 1.5 and Reason v4.0, the former through a Line6 Guitar Pod XT and the latter through a midi-USB interface with my shitty keyboard :P.

Amp-wise i have a Behringer Ultrabass 1200 (120 Watt) for the bass, a Fender Rumble 60watt for the bass (again) which i also link up to a 30watt pa cab when i need extra volume with that amp. Its cheap and nasty, and pa cabs arent the best way to go but it adds to the high end which i like for slap bass stuff.

I probably have a 10watt practice amp for guitar, cos i either line the Guitar Pod out to my bass amp, or just go directly into the PC when i play guitar.

I also have a Digitech BP50 bass effects pedal which is pretty funky. Havent used that in a while though.

I never actually stop listening to it or playing it.

I listen to it walking places, in the car, when im in the house working or relaxing or browsing the net, and i listen to it while i sleep aswell.

When im not listening im more than likely writing or playing, or at least thinking about listening, writing, or playing .

Big Guns

I plink on the Bass Guitar a bit. A Fender. My dream Bass is a Richenbacker. Pref. Black!! and a Marshall stack. Now it's a 15 watt practice amp.

played guitar for maybe 3 or 4 years... not too bad
got a Epiphone Les Paul 100, a shite baracuda beginers guitar and a 25 yearold Anjo aucostic, its got a nice sound... along with a 80 watt MG Marshall amp
