Got to agree with the rest techno is only good for cardio, step classes etc... You need heavy metal to work out to...

Re: Songs for working out? HARDSTYLE TECHNO!

Screw it.

I remember back in the day when I used to go see local metal and punk bands. That was back when Korn was a garage band here, and they were on the virge of getting signed. ....Anyway, at the place where I used to go, they would play techno like that sample above. I guess I like it. Walking into that place back in those days was like when Morpheus, Trinity, and Neo went into that techno club in The Matrix to see the Frenchman. Cool. Yeah, I like it.

haha thanks, do you know a band called Children of Bodom? I think their most famous song is "the final countdown", I love these guys, yesterday is the day I got interested in 80's heavy metal. I mean i know they are modern day musicians, but their style is of the 80's

I like this song that they made: YouTube - Children Of Bodom - Hellhounds on My Trail: Censored NTSC Video

...their most famous song is certainly not the final countdown, I would check out "In Your Face" or "Are You Dead Yet". They are not an 80's style band. They are european metal, they are some of the most talented musicians of our time.
