I was a regular exerciser/weight trainer 5 years ago and let other things crowd out that time. Now I'm out of shape and feeling foul about it. I want to get back into my routine. This site looked like a good place to start. | |

I used to be on bb.com all the time, until I got bitched at for weighing 155lbs and using calorie free pancake syrup instead of the real stuff. I got sick of the, "If you weight under 200 pounds you should be eating 5000 calories a day," attitude.
I found this site just by doing a little Google research and stumbling upon it. I signed up, but didn't really spend any time here until ^^^ that incident. Finding this sight to replace bb.com was probably one of the ebst things for my physique and progress. | |
