Just want to say hi. This looks like a good forum and I look forward to learning from it.
I'm 6' 185lbs. About 6-8 months ago I started lifting, but I only did bench press, dips, and curls. Then like 3.5 months ago I began doing pull ups for back. Finally, about 1.5 months ago, I decided I needed to really work the whole body, so I began doing some light squats, along with other lower body, back, shoulder, chest, and arm exercises. I now workout 6 days a week with a chest,triceps,shoulders/back,biceps/lower-body split (basically push/pull/legs).
So that's a little bit about me. Thanks!
