Just thought id post here and say Hi and "introduce" myself (I wont get in to names until ive been here longer :P).
Well, i found this website while searching on google for fitness/training forums and it was top three in the list so i opened it up and started looking around.
My goals, i guess, in joining were to gain assistance in training for athletics (Hockey (goalie)) and in training for the very likely possibility that i enlist prior to college (currently pushups and pullups are the bane of my existence).
So, just thought id make my introductory post and say a few words.
