I've just started weights today and i'm not sure what reps and sets I should do for my workouts I use dumbbells and this is my week workout.
Monday - Bicep 21's for biceps
Tuesday - Overhead tricep for triceps
Wednesday - Dumbbell punch for abs
Thursday - Shoulders just an all round workout (I know what i'm doing here)
Friday - Dumbbell flys for chest
Saturday - Reverse wrist curl for forearm
Sunday - Dumbbell press
Could you guys please help me here just need to know the sets and reps I should do.
