Hey guys just found this forum I am really that i did. Just a quick bio on me, around July I decided that I wanted to drop some fat and put on muscle. I am 5'9 and at the time I was about 190lbs. I wasn't husky or fat I was average but I always knew that I can look and feel a lot better. I stuck with it till about august and I had gotten very I'll and was also in the process of moving. So I had to stop for a little bit bu before that iwas at 180lbs. and a little leaner. I am now back I the gym and have been since the begining of September and I am really dedicated to doing this more then ever. I look foward to gettig some great tips from everyone here.
