I've been coming to extreme bodybuilding since 2004 and just Today is when I decided I create an account. I figured it's time i'd share my knowledge to the world as well as get help from the gurus. I'm always learning.

I'm a very serious weightlifter and don't play around with the weights (i'm always grabbing a heavier weight in every workout).
