Eighteen and pregnant, Sycloria Williams went to an abortion clinic outside Miami and paid $1,200 for Dr. Pierre Jean-Jacque Renelique to terminate her 23-week pregnancy.

Three days later, she sat in a reclining chair, medicated to dilate her cervix and otherwise get her ready for the procedure.

Only Renelique didn't arrive in time. According to Williams and the Florida Department of Health, she went into labor and delivered a live baby girl.

What Williams and the Health Department say happened next has shocked people on both sides of the abortion debate: One of the clinic's owners, who has no medical license, cut the infant's umbilical cord. Williams says the woman placed the baby in a plastic biohazard bag and threw it out.

Police recovered the decomposing remains in a cardboard box a week later after getting anonymous tips.

Our new president voted by himself many times over as a state senator to make shit like this legal....

I don't believe abortion is moral. I don't like it, I don't enjoy hearing about it, and I don't even like to debate it. That being said, I don't force my views on anyone. If you find out you're pregnant and abort within the first month then thats a decision you have to live with...but after the kid is 5,6, even 7 months old? That is just wrong, I don't see how any mother can deal with killing their kid.

I also don't agree with the sole responsibility being placed on the woman, not giving the father a choice. Unless rape is the cause, the man has every right to have his kid. If I got my girl pregnant and she killed the kid...I'd be willing to bet she wouldn't last long either...

I'm just not a fan of killing anything you wouldn't eat...

I believe the cut off, so to speak, for abortions is 19 weeks, so no he didnt make THAT legal. a few weeks makes a large difference in fetal developement.
