The Associated Press: White firefighters win Supreme Court appeal

In a 5-4 decision, the supreme court ruled in favor of the white fire fighters. They all took the same test, and the city scrapped it because black fire fighters didn't do as well! Clarence Thomas, an african-american seat on the supreme court was one of the 5 that took these fire fighters side. When he leaves the position all of us will be worse off!
