Here is the protein bar recipe. Someone gave me not sure if its been posted here before so here it is.
You may have to make it a few times before you "perfect" it.
Put 3/4 cup fat free skim milk and 6 tbsp fat free margarine (like Promise) in medium size pan. Melt margarine.
In bowl, combine 1 and 3/4 cup pure cane sugar and 3 and 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder. In separate bowl, combine 4 cups chocolate protein powder and 1/2 cup ground flax seed. Set aside.
Pour sugar/cocoa mixture into pan. Stir until blended. Bring to a boil for 1 to 1 and 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add 2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter. Stir until peanut butter is melted. Add the protein powder/flax seed mixture. Stir until blended. Pour hot mixture into large bowl with 4 cups old fashioned oats. Stir well. Pour finished mixture into 9 x 12 pan that has been lined with saran wrap and lightly sprayed with Pam. Do not substitute Splenda for the sugar. Let bars cool and cut into 15 bars. Each bar contains approximately 310 calories, 9 grams fat, and 23 grams protein.
