P.S. My resources are limited because I live in Norway so there's probably some foods in US which aren't here. I appreciate the help btw |

Rep Power: 222437 | What i have is not a bulking diet - its a muscle building diet. i dont think bulking is a good approach to putting on mass, unless you are an AAS user.
Below is what I currently have... and some things DO get boring because of eating the same stuff each day - but that's what this game is all about mate http://www.extremebodybuilding.net/f...rent-diet.html

I like to call it a lean mass building phase. So I'm glad another member shares what I beleive too. |

Come the end of April, I want to step up the cardio, and lean out as much as possible. Becuase the diet that you posted is fairly clean, I could basically continue eating the same foods...right? to the OP, sorry for hijacking your thread, but it might be beneficial to you too. |

(not the hijacking bit, the other bit)
But your right there, the diet is meant to help with building muscle while also keeping fat down. I believe there is a POINT at which you can have your diet so spot on that you can build muscle at its fasted possible pace which also keeping fat so low you are so cut you dont ever need to 'diet' or 'cut' ...
so the end product (that i am in search of) is a diet that IS essentially a bulking and cutting diet in ONE!... it can be done, and what i have in my diet journal is a base for that diet - but prob no where near to what is needed... but thats where time comes into the equation... one day i'll have fiddled about with it so much that it DOES become what i am looking for... |

Thanks for the help btw | NO SUCH THING!!! Juice will help, but not in seven days. Even then the food is a s boring as always and the training is harder. It took Colman 10 years to add 70 pounds, and that is w/ an ASS budget in the $100K/yr range.
Nothing comes fast in this game. that's is why the weak at heart never go anywhere. |
