My new Pre workout meal!!

Raw almonds. it gets me the energy to get thru my workout and have some left for volleyball afterward!

about 15 almonds:

Total Fat 9.1 g
Sat. Fat 0.7 g
Cholesterol 0 mg
Sodium 0 mg
Total Carbs. 3.6 g
Dietary Fiber 2.1 g
Sugars 0.9 g
Protein 3.8 g
Calcium 44.6 mg
Potassium 131 mg

before workouts i like to have an energy drink.
Something like red Bull, Its Got high caffiene content but it makes me go all out when im training.

Thats what i have been doing to past two workouts but i keep thinking that it cant be good for me. I make sure i drink a sugar free version though.
