You don't have to have a protein shake AND eggs. Eat one or the other.
And as far as the cholesterol with eggs goes, it's okay. The cholesterol that eggs have actually raise your GOOD cholesterol leve and lower the BAD cholesterol level. When eating eggs, eat a ration: 1 whole egg per 3 whites.
Really kid, you're trying to make this "diet" think a gazillion times harder than it has to be. Stop obsessing over perfection!!
Watch the "whole meal" bread. With this particular plan, if God didn't make it, you don't eat it.
