Meal 4 Weight Gainer Shake 65/1000
Meal 5 2chicken breast or 2 steaks,
Potatoes, Salad, Milk 60/ 1000
Tall glass of Milk before bed. 20/300
Protein, about 300g./ Calories, about 5,500 calories
I cant drink a shake before bed. Its just too heavy on my stomach. I cant sleep. Those of you who want to gain pure weight need to model your diet after this. You will put on some weight.
