Coffe For Bulking/Cutting

So what are coffee's positive and negative affects on one's physique?

Does it increas fat oxidation? Does it prevent glucose uptake?

I'm really confused about its overall affects on the way your body looks.

Moderate coffee consumption -- defined as three or four cups a day, providing 300 or 400 milligrams of caffeine -- carries "little evidence of health risks and some evidence of health benefits.

It really doesn't do much either way if in moderation. Caffeine is a diuretic so you may need to increase your water intake. If you have blood pressure issues stay clear.

true.

coffee's main effector is caffeine (if you don't get decaf). Caffeine is one of the main ingredients in "fat burners" and energy drinks and pills. It's a thermogenic being that it increases your body's core temperature and aids in calorie burn DURING EXERCISE mostly. I think it has something to do with it's ability to help get oxygen to the muscles, don't quote me on that. It's been a while since I've read anything on it. The main thing to be aware of with it is your water consumption. Caffeine will dehydrate you if you don't get enough fluids.
