Dont worry so much about perfection in that regard. Like we always say here...eat as much protein as you can first, then see how many carbs and how much fat you can add after that...

carbs and fat are more convenient to measure simply because you can use cups and tablespoons instead of a scale, so if you follow the above guidelines, try to save enough room to get the desired carbs and fat down and you'll be fine.

You are on the right track.

Do your measurements like this:
*One serving of meat is about the size of your opend hand
*One serving of Carbohydrates or Vegetables is about the size of your clenched fist. Of course, President Obama and his wife know this because they like to "fist" eachother.
YouTube - Obamas do what? Fox news is getting skanker by the minute! Fisting?!

I don't know if you are just into agressive muscle gain with no regard to soft weight around your waist or what, but check out the "Meal Ideas" page on my website listed in my sig. That may help you out too.

The eating thing i got down..........Im just get scared to gain weight around my stomach.........I want to get a bigger upper body and a small waste...... Is working out one muscle a day correct.......... Because i do one muscle a day.........I see alot o people mix legs with back, chest with biceps........If so what muscles do you work out together, and how many reps....... And how many reps is over doing it...... I use 6 machines for each muscle so if i do chest i do 6 excersices for reps each machine....Am i doing this wrong..........

Try this (number of sets):
Day 1 -- Chest(8)/Shoulder(6)/Tri(4)
Day 2 -- Back(12)/Trap(4)/Bi(4)
Day 3 -- Legs(12)/calves(6)
Day 4 -- Shoulder(8)/Chest(6)/Tri(3)
Day 5 -- Back(12)/Trap(4)/Bi(3)
Day 6 -- Legs(12)/calves(6)

If you don't have 6 days to use in the gym
Day 1 -- Chest(12)/calves(6)
Day 2 -- Back(12)/Trap(4)/Bi(4)
Day 3 -- Legs(15)
Day 4 -- Shoulders(12)/calves(4)/tri(4)

If you want a seperate day for arms, you can...but if you're just starting out they will grow as long as you're doing heavy compound exercises

Go to GNC, Bed Bath Beyond, Kitchen stroe etc and buy a cheap weight scale. around $10. Meat should be at least 6oz uncooked,

STOP W/ THE MYOPLEX!!! IT IS EXPENSIVE AND A PISS POOR PROTEIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks man...... I went today did chest and tris.......Had a pritty good workout......I ate good until 2. I had a piece of meat.piece of salmon but alot ot poatatoes.....But i didnt use any sauce for the pasta since its so little LOL.....3/4 cup i ate it in one scoop almost.......So i didnt add sauce is that better.......Or does sauce have good fats and stuff....... I also had a a tb of honey and a tb of extra virgin olive oil because you were saying i need oil......

Hey Gunz what is the best protein or ready made drink that i can take to work....... Right now my protein is lean mass builder it has 20g of protein in each scoop.......How much milk do you guys add to your drinks.....

I only ad 8oz sometimes. Tak 1.5 scoops 3X/day
I always use a protein w/ less than 10g of carb/serving. I use oats. Carbs in these drinks are ALWAYS a sugar. Dextrose,Malto dextrin etc.

Oats PWO for the win. Oats in the morning, oats at noon, oats before workout, oats after workout...

three protien drinks a day....... On top of 6 meals.... If eating 4 meals and 2 shakes..... Aren't shakes just A replacement if you don't have time to eat...... I'm using intels diet that he posted.... He's only got two drinks......
