Rep Power: 101851 | READ THIS !!!! DIET OK guys and girls. People keep asking the same questions about "What should I eat", "ca I eat like that guy" etc.
There are many posts in here by me, Critcal Mass, 1quick1, Malley that lay out GREAT diet plans. Please read them. Do a bit of research, and try to learn something. It is very simple. 6 protein filled meals, Carbs w/ each meal as well as some healthy fat. That's it!!!! Protein source MUST HAVE A MOTHER!! If it doesn't it's a poor choice of protein. PBJ is not a meal or a snack...it's what you eat after 6oz of chicken, and 2 cups of rice.

You should see peoples faces in the gym when I tell them they're wasting their time unless they plan out their meals and eat healthy. They think all they need is 20 minutes in the gym and they can have all the cold beer and pizza they want. I still try to help everyone out that asks...but its just not possible to help some people. |

8-Breakfast
I bought the Egg white liquids ( Is that better then regular eggs, since yolk gives u cholestrol)
1- Liquid egg whites and turkey
2- oats mixed with milk
3- Banana
11----- After workout
Protein shake with banana. some almonds
2------ Two pieces of Meat or Salmon, or chicken i figure i will rotate every other day, with a little pasta
Baked potato, or a salad
5- Myoplex drink, with banana
8- some more pasta chicken, meat, or fish
11- cottage cheese |

11- cottage cheese | definitely add some fat in there...olive oil, flax seed, fish oil...
It looks solid, but it all depends on the specific quantity (for example...if you're drinking 1/2 cup of egg whites, that isn't enough) Don't worry about cholesterol unless you're a 70 year old man...eat all the eggs you want if you like them (if you get over 6 per day you probably want to drop the yolk in some, but definitely don't throw them all out) Fat in the morning is the way to go.
