Yes, plus it depends on the brand as well. Always go for natural peanut butter to avoid all the added sugar and salt.

Almond butter has Healthy fats. Dry roating can also change these into unhealthy fats. I just use Pbutter, 'cause I like the tacet better.

Depends on how its made. Still almonds by themselves are high in potassium, protein and fiber. Almond butters do tend to go rancid so be sure to keep it in a cool, dry place until it is opened and then refrigerated after that.
