Losing Leanness But Not Gaining Weight

I've been eating about 2850 calories of clean foods every day. I used to be gaining weight at a steady rate of a couple of pounds a month, but for the last two weeks I've actually lost 2 pounds.

I've also noticed that I've been slowly getting less lean while putting on a little muscle eating this much.

Anyone have any ideas of whats up with this? How could I be putting on fat and losing weight? If I'm putting on fat, and losing weight wouldn't that mean I'm losing muscle? Is my training that f*ed up?

Re: Losing Leanness But Not Gaining Weight

I you are losing weight and getting smooth. you could be losin muscle. You need to increase your protein and lower you carbs. You need to be training balls to the wall which I have sen that you are, so your diet is out of whack. Increase your protein by 200cals and decrease your carbs by 200 cals per day. Do not eat more than 1 serving of fruit/day. make sure all carbs are good carbs and no meal contains more that 50g of carbs.
pm your diet to me and I'll see what we can fix.

It's the best I can do! You've hurt my feelings and make me want to eat oreos. Just kidding. At least I'm better than the guys who go to the gym and eat pizza and burgers all the time. haha. (I think......)
