I'm 50 years old 5'9" 170lbs. and I can say that I'm still in pretty good shape with few injuries that limits my lifting to light to moderate weights. For my age I can't do much as far as gaining more muscle just maintaining what I have. Anyway here is pretty much daily diet and routine.
Morning. 6AM Muscle milk, banana and 2 Capsule of Kre-Alkalyn
creatine. Workout between 7am-8am.
8AM Cup of rice, 80z. salmon and dextrose powder
LUNCH 12:30PM Muscle milk and banana
DINNER 5:00PM Cup of rice, either 80z. of chicken breast or
steak and little snack in between before bedtime.
I take one a day supplement, vitamin c and fish oil.
I drink mostly water and vitamin water.
I counted the calories at about 1800 and protein at around 150g.
