Sodium Levels

I've heard bodybuilders talking about their sodium levels especially before a competition...

Does anyone here worry about or even pay any attention to sodium levels?

only If I feel it is negatively impacting my blood pressure.

Also....If you don't add salt to anything and are careful w/ condiments, you will be OK
