Rep Power: 102 | Need Help Creating a Doable Diet Ok so since I've started working out in the summer I have lost a bit a weight and eating healthier, but i don't have a true diet.
This is what an average weekday looks like for me: 5:30-(wake up) Nothing 7:30-(post workout/aerobics) Protein Shake: 1 3/4 Cup of Mootopia Milk + 1/2-Full scoop Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate (depending on the day) and a whole green bell pepper
(here is where i know i need to make a change 9:00-4:15(school day) I have absolutely nothing at all other than water because i refuse to eat the school food. I pocket around $50 a month for lunch money so if there was anything i could buy daily for a mid day meal, let me know. 4:50-(when i get home) Canned chicken (drained) and a piece of fruit or two 7:00-(dinner) Varies daily since i don't have much of a schedule, but i try to keep it high in protein.
So that's an average weekday for me and I'm pretty sure it needs a bit of work. |

As for the meals, assuming that they are all ready cooked, should my first meal be before my workout in the morning? Also, to supplement a mid day meal, should i just bring a bottle of protein mix and just have that around noon or so? |

Always try to have food ready to eat or protein powder ready to shake. I carry my big bag of protein powder in my truck. I'm never without protein during the day. |

6 egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal Meal 2 (Post workout-7:40 am)
Protien Shake (3/4 scoop of Bluebonnet Whey + 1 3/4 cup of Mootopia-Fat Free)
1 Green Bell pepper Meal 3 (1:00 pm)
1 scoop of Designer Whey Meal 4 (4:45 pm)
1 Apple
4 oz of Canned Chicken
1 Piece of Toast Meal 5 (7:00 pm)
8 oz of grilled chicken
1/2 cup of brown rice Meal 6 (9:00 pm)
5 oz of grilled chicken
1 1/2 cup of celery
So this is how I'll be eating this week unless it needs adjusting, but i still have a few inquiries: My final meal is about an hour before i go to bed and I'm wondering if eating chicken would be too heavy or not. Also, i want to incorporate some sort of oils into my diet and was wondering what would be best choice and with which meal i should take it with. |

Rep Power: 101357 | Re: Need Help Creating a Doable Diet I dont think youll be able to do it. Eating about 2 chicken breasts at 7, then having another meal at 9? That might last about 3 days, and you'll be gorged. Try this, Put your 8 oz of chicken meal at 1pm. Then have your 5 oz of chicken at 7 pm. Then at 9, you can have a shake or something.
Youll find that it's much easier to have 4 meals and two shakes if you split it up, meal, shake, meal, shake. I see you have 2 solid meals back to back. Thats good because its a light one. I think thats doable. Good luck. |

| Well that's the only problem for me since 1 pm is school hours and my teachers are more lenient about drinks, but i cant really bust out a baggy full of chicken breast in the middle of class. Edit: Ive decided to keep the mid day shake, but drop the 5 oz chicken breast for 2 cups of Mootopia milk which should be a rough equivalent (protein wise). While it isn't necessarily the appropriate pattern for meals, its my best option considering I should keep my final meal light and at 2 3/4 cups a day of Mootopia I can make my weekly gallon last until Sunday, when I shop/cook.

Every 2-3 hours I'm eating, and it's always something people think is weird, like cottage cheese or hard boiled eggs, or something like that. If you want really dirty looks, you can always open a can of tuna at your desk with a can-opener and slowly eat it with a fork |

Rep Power: 102 | Re: Need Help Creating a Doable Diet so after a few weeks im starting to get tired of starting the day off with 6 egg whites as one of my meals. on top of that it tends to take a while to down that stuff in the mornings which is essential for me.
so i was thinking about adding some HEB canned chicken as an alternative which would offer a minimal difference in protein at the cost of some extra sodium and cholsteral.
advice/input greatly appreciated |

but ya dirty looks are expected at any food thats not chips lol.
most people are vags and dicks, the vags wont eat it but they want some, the dicks will give you dirty looks when you know dam strait theyre hungry and want some too, but they try to play it off like theyre cool and give you looks. |
