Preparation for Navy Boot Camp

Hey im going into the navy and im trying to get in the best shape possible before I leave for boot camp so I wanted to develop a good diet to help me put on some muscle and a little weight im 19yrs old 5 10 and 120 I have home gym and pull up bar and do push ups n sit ups daily but i havent gained a pound but my muscles have grown so i need a very inexpensive diet im not trying to be a body bulider or anything just put on about 20+ pounds b4 leaving right now i got oatmeal and egss for breakfast thanks for the help in advance

im not sure exactly yet i go to meps to get my contract on oct 26 but i know im looking at june or may at the earliest
