Whats a good PWO shake/food?

I am currently taking in about 75g of carbs from oats and about 50g of whey after my workout, should I cut the oats back and add in some simple sugars? Is there a dextrose powder i can mix in that you all recommend? Or is what I am doing fine?

Yes, Cut back the oats a little and add in a simple sugar.. What about a banana or some fruit?
