There aren't any. In between meals, you drink protein shakes. Never snacking because it will effect your appetite and you might not eat the proper meal at mealtime.

That dude don't even post here anymore. I'm going to say "cooked" because the weight before cooking does nothing for us because it's the cooked version that we eat.
