Big Guns Short Yellow Bus Pro Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: Colorado Age: 46 Posts: 3,625 Height: 6'2" Weight: 207 7% Rep Power: 101851	Amino Vital This stuff is an Amino supplement that supplies 2400mg of L-glutamine,L-arginine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. I have used this for years for bike riding and it out performs all the "gu" style supps out there. It has helped me in the gym on leg days and back days. It is my mane supplement for biking. There is Amino Vital, Amino Vital Pro. The Pro contains 3600mg of the blend. Definately worth a try. Would be great for Troj while skiing.
