Rep Power: 107397 | Here's a product I'm coming to the end of. This is one of my favorite supplements. I would recommend it to anyone cutting or bulking but especially cutting. TASTE: 9 out of 10 (watermelon)
I was really shocked at how good this tasted. It can be pretty powerful if you don't mix it with enough water. I usually mix 6-8 scoops in about 3/4 gallon of water and drink it throughout my workout. On my off days I like to put 2-3 scoops in a gallon of cold water and drink throughout the day. It adds a nice hint of flavor. Comparable to adding lemon to your water. MIXABILITY: 9 out of 10
I thought it mixed pretty well but it's not instant. I found the best thing to do is mix it in your water then leave it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes. That's about how long it seems to take for it to completely disolve. However, this is not necessary. It doesn't clump together but rather leaves some of the flakes floating at the top. I just drink them EFFECTIVENESS: 8 out of 10
This is a hard one to rate since it's not necessarily a product you "feel" working. I did notice an increase in endurance and and increase in recovery. PRICE: 9 out of 10
It is priced well compared to other BCAA products and most bulk BCAA's cost over $40 and don't have all the goodies this does. I still hate paying $50 for any supplement but it does last a long time if you take only on workout days. OVERALL: 9 out of 10
Overall, this is a great supplement that everybody should consider adding. I think it will be extremely beneficial during a cut to help preserve muscle. I will purchase this product again but I will try the new lemon flavor that is out now. I hear it's better then the watermelon.
