I got 2 of the 50 serving tubs shipped for $55 (normally $40 a piece) and I have to say this stuff is pretty potent. Within 10-15 minutes you can feel your body warming up and the energy hitting you. Dosing is 2 scoops. Taste isn't bad but isn't great but what's best is the powder completely dissolved and doesn't leave chunks at the bottom. So far so good.

This stuff has some crazy mood enhancing effects. It always puts me in a great mood and pumped to lift.

My preworkout mix has been:

16oz water
2 scoops of White Flood
1 scoop of Purple Wraath
5 grams of micronized creatine mono

My pre-workout is 2 Scoops white flood (sometimes 1.5) 1 scoop Green mag and 1.5 scoops Purple Wraath Intra. And I gotta say Im pretty impressed with the overall results

Seriously when it comes to these preworkout stims the only ones I thought were ever worth a damn are VPX No shotgun and that Ragnorak stuff. White Flood is right up there with them. I'm not slouch when it comes to stims and this stuff is strong.

do you have any sleep issues while on it? That's my biggest fear. This stuff sounds cool. I may be up for trying it this winter.

I've been taking it in the AM before my workouts so no issue there. I've been thinking about getting a memership at a gym that is 24 hours and lifting after work at around midnight so it may be a different story.

It's a good stim. can't really tell too much about the "pumps" as I getted pumped and vascular with just the weights.

What part of the day do you lift and how close bed time? How do you react to stims?

I know some people take NO products on off days have you ever taken it on an off day? I never have to help keep my tolerance down as much as possible.

I do the same thing. I only take them on lifting days to help prevent me building a tolerance.

lately ive been using No explode, i got a sample of a mate of this White floood, anyway gave it a go, the stuff is good, i got really hard pumps compared to no explode, and the pumps lasted a few hours, but i reckon the Bsn stuff seemed to give me a longer lasting energy punch through my entire workout. Ive only ever taken these 2 No products so far. By the way the white flood tastes like rubbish compared to Bsn.

figured I'd reply before the statute of limitations passed. 2months, 12 days.
I can't take it after 3:30ish. It just makes it difficult to relax and sleep. I have 1/2 jug left, then I'm going back to Dymatize Expand. I liked that stuff, so I'll try it again. Plus I may be the sales director for Epic Nutrition, and they have some NO products. I'll keep you posted.
