Rep Power: 655 | Energy Drinks I've had a bit of experience with the PWO Drink category...A tub of NOXplode, NOShotgun, and Shock Therapy...They all worked pretty similarly (first couple of NOXplode experiences were the best)...But I, like many decided that this stuff just wasn't worth the money. I was never using it for unrealistic "gains" either really, just something to intensify workouts.
I was in the store the other day an past by a can of redbull (8oz)...I knew I was working out later and wanted a pick-me-up. Drank the redbull...NO WINGS TO REPORT OF. Yesterday I went back to the store and got the 16oz. can...drank that puppy down before working out...got MAYBE a one wing. Unimpressive. Oh well, more $ in the pocket. Anyway I did a little searching on energy drinks to see if it was a redbull thing, or just that energy-drinks kind of suck for working out. Stumbled upon this old supplement that had some killer reviews...Had anyone ever tried it before it was banned? I hate the canned energy drinks because they are so expensive. I have a tub of White Flood right now that works pretty damn awesome in the energy dept. but like all these your best workouts are the first few weeks then effects diminish.
How much caffeine do you take in daily Condor? You may be building up a decent tolerance. |

Once a week or so I'll have a cup of coffee, but nothing really beyond that. Overall I don't really like caffeine. I don't mind having a cup of coffee or a diet soda from time to time but that's about it, so tolerance may have only been an issue when I tried those NO powders. Redbull (the huge 16oz) basically felt like a cup and a half of coffee.
I'm being lazy by asking but what is the official word on ephedra nowadays? I remember it being banned but you can still freely purchase MaHuang, correct? Might be an easy way to make your own Ultimate Orange! hehe |

Try it out. Also, it's the healthiest of all options (assuming you do not drown it with creamer & sugar.) |
