I advise beginners who are eager to gain muscle to try "my protein" products.They are great value products,cheapest being about £6 (per kg) with great results.Personally I found the "Impact whey" was great! hope this helps. |

no but i've used it and it really is good stuff.Probably the best protein shake around for the cash.Express whey is pretty much as gd but it's cost's a lot more.The only reason why i rate my protein so much is because I'm a skint student :P and i get really gd results obviously. | |

Being the way the economy is now I've been cutting back all I can and I saw there protein at Wally World about a month and had to try it, $14.99 for a 2Lb. jug  I've been using it for a month now and I have to say if your looking for some protein and on a tight budget check it out. I've tried the Cookies and Cream and Strawberry flavors and they taste pretty good to me. It's called Super Advanced Whey Protein, has creatine and Taurine in it. 26 grams of protein per scoop.
Anyway if you want to check it out here's there site Body Fortress as long as the have it at wal-mart for $15 it's going to be a mainstay for me, cheap and convenient. | |

I used Body Fortress as my first protein starting out a few years ago (whoa, that's weird to type...). Anyways, I would have stayed with it if I hadn't upgraded to a Casein/Whey blend with All The Whey, which is fairly inexpensive but nothing beat Wal-mart / Target selling Body Fortress. I used to like it a lot more before they started adding in the Creatine, more of a funky flavor now but still better than most. | |

My buddy said the local Costco has 6lb bags of EAS whey form $27.. That is CHEAP. I looked at it and the profile looked solid. 26 grams of protein and only a gram or two of carbs. | |

I still miss my 50lb box of whey I got from "All the Whey" when It was $180. Last time I checked it was well over $300. | |
