Size and price- 180 capsules for 35$ bucks i believe it was

Effectiveness- i didnt notice anything really exciting about this item idk it might be because im young. but effectiveness sucked, maybe a decrease in semen,

Would i recommend? - i dont recommend it for younger people cause it sucked for me lol waste of a good 35$ dollers , it probably works better on older people idk, give it a shot you older men.

I've reviewed ZMA over at my blog. Seems you bought a pretty expensive brand. A double-blind, placebo controlled test showed ZMA doesn't do anything special. But I think an economical brand is fine just to make sure you're not deficient in these nutrients.
