Yep, that's what I meant. Just wondering.

I can get clen (or anything else) where I live.

But I have to be careful about anything that is thermogenic because I live in a tropical climate. There's only one or two months out of the year when I would consider it safe to take something like that--especially since my gym doesn't have air conditioning.

I didnt notice anything drastic while I was on it, but peoples bodies react different.

I can imagine man. I just moved to a new gym with no A/C and our hot is nothing like your hot and I come out completely soaked like I jumped in a pool.

However, when I take EC I sweat like crazy!

I have to be careful not to get overheated. 45 min to an hour max per workout and I carry a 1.5 liter bottle of water (part ice) with me. I tend to sweat a lot anyway, so I'm completely soaked after just a few minutes in the gym.
