I've bought too man products with "ephedra extract" to buy them anymore. Some seem to work some don't. There is alot of grey area in what exactly they are extracting. Plus some of those ingredients are dosed so low it's useless. For example the cayenne pepper at 15mg is useless. If I remember correctly a standard dose is 500mg. Nothing but pure ephedrine HCL for me these days  |

I'm a big fan of the ECA stack, but I also stopped taking any form of herbal or pre-made stack. I use ephedrine hcl tablets and caffeine.
How does clen compare to ECA? Just curious--never tried clen. | |

How does clen compare to ECA? Just curious--never tried clen. | Funny you ask we just had a long conversation in the chatbox about it. My understanding is Clen uses the same receptors as the EC stack and therefore has similar, but more powerful effects.
I'm with you on the EC though. I use 10mg tabs of pure ephedrine HCL with 200mg caffeine tabs or coffee. I usually dose 30mg E/ 200mg C. Aspirin is unnecessary. | |

Seems like I've heard EC is the better choice, but I can't--it's been a long time since I studied up on that. Don't even remember if it was considered "better" because of results or safety.
Yohimbine/caffeine would be the way to go for stubborn fat, but yohimbine only works on an empty stomach. | |

| Hey guys I took a little break from lifting so that I could get back into the groove of school with classes starting back now.
I dont know if the asprin had anything to do with it but I did my first ECA stack in July. The first time I used it I only did the ephedra (from Primatene tablets) and caffine. I noticed throughout the day I was getting what seemed like a really bad heart burn, not sure if thats exactly what it was or not. The next day i took it with the asprin and I didnt have any problems for the rest of the cycle. I only took the baby 81 mg asprin twice a day and it seemed to help... | |

and EC is not better than Clen...people usually just can't do clen because they screw it up and take it longer than they're supposed to. You have to follow protocol and most people can't. | |
