My brother has put on quite a bit of weight recently, and he is constantly nagging about it, he is 15. Would taking diet pills be safe? |

No. Diet pills effect your metabolism, heart, and sometimes hormone. He is too young to be interested in taking pills to help him lose weight. He needs to go outside and play. Learn how to jog. Pick up some weights and exercise. He's young enough that his body may respond well to exercise. Good luck. | |

NO pill can make ANYONE lose weight.

My friends just got some dieting pills, and i couldent believe his state... Constantly shaking, heart racing and swetting.
So he gave me 2 to try out, to show me what they acctually done to you... and within 15 minits, i couldent even hold my phone without my hand rattling.
In my personal opinion, and experience of loosing weight myself...
Take a few month from drinking alcohol.
Cut out the fatty foods.
Drink alot of water. Fizzy soda's can bloat you
Think about your meals, when to eat them, and what your eating.
Swimming. Ive recently started swimming, and you dont realise how much fat your burning until you acctually see for yourself. | |

Yea put the XBOX controller down and go outside. Join the football, basketball, soccer team. There's all kinds of things you can do. When I was that age I ate nothing but straight garbage. A daily lunch would be something like 4 pieces of Papa Johns pizza, 1 bagel w/cream cheese 1 nacho and a 20oz of pop. But I played a lot of sports. | |

Why not take diet pills? Swallow pills and I'm pleased with them. I added the diet and jogging. If you are interested I can recommend some.

Here's whats wrong with them. Nothing. The problem here is the context. Your order is backwards. You add diet pills to diet and exercise. Not add diet and exercise to diet pills. The diet and exercise are the foundation of weight loss. Everything else is supplemental. | |

diet pill are loaded w/ stimulants to give you energy, BUT there is NO prduct that will burn fat. PERIOD!!!! | |
