That is still insanely high since most people take 2-3 scoops. That's way too much caffeine.

I dont know where you guys are getting these caffeine numbers Yikes! I can take 3 scoops and still have a mediocre workout... I can sleep soon there after.

It used to say here ~120mg: BSN Online - Faq

Now they wont "disclose" the amount, but its accepted pretty much industry wide that Superpump 250 and Noxplode have 100-120mg caffeine or "methylxanthine" per serving.

hey guys first post, i've used No explde for the last 5 weeks, can definately say it makes me angry at the gym and gives you energy to lift heavy and good stamina through the entire workout. i have crashed once or twice post workout also. , its the first N.o product ive tried so im still learning a few things but overall i believe its a great product

i just started using No-Xplode this week, i havent noticed any significant difference in my endurance, but i hope it will kick in soon.

Won't happen!! The Selling point of that product is tons of stimulants....not much else.
