Hello everyone. I am new here as it looks like alot of us are. I thought I would say hello to all.
For years I have only taken Nucare creatine mono and glutamine with bcaa's and protein drink. I somtimes would use various preworkout energy too.
After doing alot of research and reading, I decided to order NO shotgun for preworkout and xpand for post workout. I am using ON gold along with a good diet and a good training program. I always do a simple carb and high protein shake right after a work out. Now after doing a little more research and after ordering I am wondering if I should still take the xpand post workout or just take it in the morning and get some creatine mono to add to my shake for post workout.
Or would xpand and shotgun be enough without the mono?What do you guys think?
