And yes, it's loaded with sugar, but for a reason. One needs to consume a large amount of sugar along with creatine to get the, "insulin spike," effect, usually 75g + . Less than that and the idea is usually ineffective.
There's an article on T Nation supporting that... anyways celltech isn't all that bad, the stupid ads just make it seem better than it is

I bet most people here have no Idea what the reason for an Insulin spike. 75 grams X 5 times a day to load = 75 teaspoons of sugar!! You'll gain weigh for sure....ALL FAT. maybe you should do some studying. 375 grams of sugar per day = 1500 calories per day in pure sugar. NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE will tell you that this is a good idea. | |
