I take 6-10 fish oil caps daily then whatever total fats I get from foods.

i dont take any! but i have em cos i used to. it said take one per day. but i'd take 2 at least, sometimes 3 - mostly when i had wrist injuries as its good for joints.

are there any great benefits for me to be taking them again?

are there any benefits? It's ridiculous how important fish oils are for you. A very underrated supplement but probably the most important. Honestly. Fish oils help help reduce inflammation which is what happens everytime you work out. So better recovery. One of the best sources of omegas around, help you burn fat. They help brain activity. The list goes on and on... if anyone is interested i'll post a few links...

well, I'm too lazy to look for more, but i've read dozens of articles and have had a few of my strength and conditioning coaches explain it to me as well. Read that one article, it pretty much sums it up!!

good stuff! how many capsules per day then? and is the a BEST time to have em? early on? late on? with a meal? empty stomach?! thanks

I usually take a serving in the mroning and again in the evening with a shake.

Fish oil kinda goes like this. I never take under 6 grams with a meal. Other good oils are flax (But have read this increases estrogen), olive oils. Some other good fats are peanuts, walnuts, and almonds (esily my favorite!), just to name a few. These are very important, especially during cutting stages, they help preserve muscle tissue.
