I agree with this. Most people don't wanna follow a strict diet. They want to supplement or shortcut to a better body. There are no overnight miracle pills to help you grow or lose weight. Follow the 9 steps in the original post and you'll be set!

I think he meant lines 2 and 5 to fall under the first sentence, like "don't waste your money cuz the majority of supps aren't great, however, these sups are okay..." etc.
But yeah the way it's written is contradictory lol.

Another thing I find hilarious is that people assume the reason why they're not making solid gains is because theyre not taking supplement X...or I can just take a pro hormone and get HUGE. I work for a nutrition company in Houston and when I try to suggest healthy eating to most people they're usually like "But isn't their something I can take to either A. lose weight or B. get bigger". Try to tell most people they ned to eat smaller healthier meals more frequently 5-6 times a day for legit results and they think you're crazy. The average consumer assumes the results they want come in a bottle for a small price. Sad but true
