Rep Power: 655 | 50grams in one serving is a lot! You could cut that in half and get a lot more milage out of it, esp. if you're mixing it with stuff that already has some protein (milk mayhaps?) Lucky you, stumbling upon whats considered the crem de la crem of protein powders...I wouldn't buy it myself just because its superiority (and to what level) is debated, and you'd probably be better off buying more food with that extra cash...but if its free, HELLZ YEAH! |

If it says take with water, its because its thick. I remember trying Pro M.R. with milk.. it was so thick it would have stayed in the jug if i turned it upside down!! lol |

It'll pretty much completely disolve with a few swirls of the spoon, well at least the brand a sampled. |

Well I think it depends on how many scoops and how big the scoop is. GNC's is 23g per 1 scoop serving, they also have a 60g protein....GUESS WHAT....it is 3 scoops. So which is better?
Isopure is an awesome Protein, not high in the taste column though. |

Rep Power: 194 | Typically, a serving size of Isopure is 2 scoops.
If you're getting it free, great. But IMO, don't waste your money on buying more unless you REALLY like the taste. The couple flavors I've had though, I thought tasted like crap. |
