Confused!!

I've been working out for 2 months with NO Xplode and i love it. But now I'm looking for something to take while i cycle off of it. I've heard a lot of good things about ZMA. Can anyone help with a little advice?

I'll help you as much as I can, but firstly, what are your stats? height, age, weight, years training, diet?

IMO, I dont rate NO-Xplode at all as it didn't work for me - but I hear some people say it gives them a great pump?

Either way, theres no point in getting any form of 'pump' if your not feeding your body with the right nutrients...

As for coming off a cycle? i think taking NO-Xplode for a while doesn't constitute as a cycle (nothing like an AAS cycle anyway!)

ZMAs are ok yes, best to be taken at night time. But also, they have no connection (as far as I am aware) with taking or not taking NO-Xplode..

The only thing about taking ZMA is that you should take them only when not taken with anything with calcium (dairy, milk etc) reason being is that the human body give preference to calcium at all times - so if you take ZMAs while also having milk, the body will ignor taking in the zink, magnezium and aspartate so tha it can concentrate on getting the calcium in.

I'd be more concerned with making sure my diet is 100% spot first however - only when you've got a spot on diet should you then try to fine tune things by suplementing with ZMAs and other such supps.

Fill us in and we will help. NO Explode is great for the first week, then you need to double your servings. Each serving is 600 mg of caffine. I crashed 35 minutes into my work out on the stuff.

It says to take 1 - 3 scoops (depending on your size and the potentcy you want)

When I got it about 6 months ago, I even went as far as 4 scoops per shake!... Nothing.. didn't feel a thing

Biggest waste of money for me that i've ever spent.

NO xplode is an overpriced preworkout energy supplement. It's not going to do much for you in terms of mass.

If you're looking for a good stack that you can't go wrong with check into:

Creatine (either plain old Monohydrate or a decent creatine like Green MAG or SizeON)
Fish oil pills
Multivitamin
flax oil pills
Whey protein (isolate or concentrate are both fine)

optional
BCAA/EAA powder
bulk beta-alanine
caffeine pills

All of the above comments are great...If you really feel like you need the caffeine, then caffeine pills are the way to go- insanely cheap; funny thing is, once I ran out of my NO-Shotgun, I worked out (kind of reluctantly because I didn't have my 'superman' drink)...and I actually had a much better work out!? It could have been that day, who knows, either way- I'm done wasting cash on those dubious supplements and have put the money and energy into the tried and true basics listed above.
