Spoke with one of the guys sponsored by BSN, he said this is an old test and are going through retesting as we speak, don't know where it will go yet.

creatine, NO, and any other over-marketed supps are completely useless in my book.(although this free bottle of 5-tetra seems to be pretty damn good. Adenasine 5'triphosphate/pyruvate/yohimbe...them and gaspari might be on to something with the A5tp)

I agree with most being crap, except for creatine. I'll have to say it works wonders for me and I know very few that it doesn't work for.

Creatine doesn't do anything in and of itself. It just serves as a binding site for phosphate...and since your muscles have to convert ADP (adenosine phosphate) which is stored energy, into ATP (usable energy) by adding another phosphate, creatine is very useful to athletes who have to use a lot of explosive energy (lifters) or prolonged energy(runners).

Your natural creatine supply will only power your muscles through the first few seconds of exercise...Long way of saying, I Agree. Creatine as a supplement is pretty useful.

not myself.

I eat a ton of red meat though, so who knows how much creatine I am consuming. I'm not saying creatine is useless...but what supplement companies want you to believe about it, and what it actually does are pretty far apart!

It is Chemicaly IMPOOSIBLE to have a Creatine Ethyl-Ester Malate. Where the Malate wouyld attach is where the EE is. Dumb Asses!!!!!
