Supplements for Bones?
Well it turns out that I have a crack in my leg. It's not really bad, but I'm suppose to keep all weight off of it for 6 weeks. The wrestling trainer said when I go for my 3rd appointment on Friday to request a magnetic treatment to help speed it up. What can I take to help speed up the healing process?

I know I need to take in extra water, calcium, fish oils, and multis. Any other supplements that would help?

Magnetic treatment is a hoax. The only way to speed up healing is by going into an oxygen tent that has high levels of oxygen. Bones take time to heal. I've broken many!
